Indy Eleven Reaches Quarterfinals of Lamar Hunt US Open Cup

Following a 2-1 Victory Over MLS Side Atlanta United

Following a 2-1 victory over MLS side Atlanta United in the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, Indy Eleven is on to the Quarterfinals.

The winner of Tuesday's match will advance to the Open Cup Final in late September to meet either the New England Revolution or Sacramento Republic FC.

Indy Eleven will shoot for a second consecutive road victory when they take on either FC Cincinnati or the winner of the match between the Philadelphia Union and D.C. United in the Quarterfinals.

The Quarterfinal match will be played on June 21 or 22. The location and time of the match will be announced at a later date.

Indy Eleven is the only USL Championship side to reach the Quarterfinals of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup this year.

The Lamar Hunt US Open Cup is the oldest ongoing national soccer competition in the United States.

The tournament is open to all professional and amateur soccer teams in the United States.

The winner of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup earns a berth in the following year's CONCACAF Champions League.
